Eyes open

Vera Wang bridal

In the midst of all the Hunger Game fandom taking over my emotions I feel as if that's all that's been happening. There is a dark and light side to my mind this month and with everything from mock trials to water pollution, I can't help but think of weddings and sci-fi/horror/thriller stories. (Because that totally makes sense right?) Well, it is what it is and I need some new shoes.

Layering Rookie

Sweatshirt - Nordstrom Rack// Plaid Shirt - Modcloth// Yellow Tank - Roxy

My free time whilest not attaching my eyes to The Scorch Trials  or Temple Run I have been lurking my eyes on Fashion week and no other than one of my favorite blogs: The Man Repeller . I have deemed her blog a school for myself and learn what I feel she's the best at: layering. Here's to you Leandra - one of my inspirations. (Because I'm pretty sure I'm a teen version of what a man repeller would be)

Sweater - Christmas Gift// Collar - Trouve// Skirt - Nordstrom BP// Tights - Vera Wang for Kohls// Boots - Dolce Vita

What have I been doing? Sticking my head in my nook and never coming out - only to study and do homework. I'm very busy and feel so bad I can't run a blog at the same time, I want it to be quality so posts are low - very low, but I will try to post from time to time, there are a lot of outfits I haven't posted yet, so hopefully we can get that in. I've been wearing this type of outfit pretty much everyday though - it's one of those phases. I've been in a lot lately, like sci-fi books, Carly Rae Jespen's Call Me Maybe song (addicting, and pretty much the best song ever), and I've been searching the world wide web nonstop for new sandals, I just can't stop! Alright, my homework calls.
